Building Repair & Management, Inc. is locally owned and operated with a combined experience of 47 years. The president, Christian Andersen, comes from a construction family; his father Marsh Andersen was a well-respected Sonoma County builder. From the very beginning, his father set the standards very high for Christian to reach. He expected nothing less than perfection in construction and Christian did not let him down.
The company under the leadership of Christian has renovated and built countless homes in the North Bay. He and his experienced crew have built new homes from the ground up but also successfully completed complexed renovations. For instance, they renovated one of the older homes in Healdsburg. It was built in 1906 by Jane Kelley, wife of Captain Kelley (a well-known Healdsburg whaler). Over a 100 years of neglect had left this home in dire need of renovation and repair. From rebuilding disintegrating retaining wall with massive steel beams drilled several feet into the ground to rebuilding the entire foundation, this house was redone in its entirety.
